Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to register and manage teams for the 2026 Golf Fore Pat Memorial Tournament. This includes team name, player names, captain contact information, optional player emails, T-shirt sizes, payment method, payment status, and order references.

Payments

Credit card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may receive payment details, contact information, payment amount, and a registration order reference. Zelle, cash, and check payments are verified manually by event organizers.

Storage and Organizer Access

Registration records are stored in a restricted Google Sheet through a server-side Google Apps Script integration. Access is limited to tournament organizers who need the information to run the event, verify payments, coordinate teams, prepare T-shirts, and contact registrants.

Retention and Deletion

We keep registration records for event administration, reconciliation, and reasonable post-event recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact us at golfforepat@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for payment, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers and organizers needed to operate the event, including Stripe, Google Sheets/Apps Script, hosting providers, and legal authorities if required by law.
